Re-Boot Youth, Fitness Bootcamp for Teenagers

Re-Boot Youth bootcamp caters to teens between 13-18 years old that lack adequate physical activity in their daily lives. The concept incorporates physical fitness activities with motivational skill building. We implement learning activities to help keep the teens motivated and encouraged to pursue their fitness goals. Re-Boot Youth believes that every child can feel powerful and confident as they push themselves to new and exciting limits.
We utilize pedometers to encourage the kids to exercise between classes. Every week they set goals for the number of steps they want to reach each day and track their weekly walking activities. They note the exercises they did to reach their goal and at the next class they share what exercises they did possibly giving the other kids new ideas to reach their own fitness goals.
